Ashlyn Homes does build on customer owned lots if the property is in our area to build in range. All of our builds begin at a minimum of 2,200 sqft, but this minimum requirement may increase depending on the area/neighborhood where the lot is located. For more information on how to build on your own lot please look under the “find your home” tab located at the top of this page and then click on “build on your lot” which will take you to the page with more general information of this process. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your concern, but we do not. Our floor plans are only for use if the future homeowner decides to build with our team.

Ashlyn Homes has been building dream homes since the year 2007.

We have preferred lenders that will help you with any of your finance questions! Please view our “resources” tab and click “preferred lenders” and this will answer some general financing questions and provides the information of whom to contact to begin the lending process.

Most of our communities we are a part of do not have HOA. There are occurrences where some communities do.
